Scott has 13 years of experience in digital marketing, including over a decade working within financial services. He began his career managing online advertising campaigns for hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses across a range of industries. This gave him a strong understanding of how to create targeted campaigns that connect with different audiences, helping businesses reach the right people with the right messages.
Since moving into financial services, Scott has focused primarily on the retirement income sector, developing marketing strategies and customer communications designed to make complex financial topics easier to understand. He now brings this experience to a wider variety of financial products, helping more people understand their options and access the support available.
At Money Service, Scott leads the company’s marketing activity, from digital strategy and search engine optimisation to paid advertising and customer journeys. His aim is to use technology and data to create simple, straightforward experiences that make it easier for customers to understand their options, access support and make confident financial decisions.
Scott holds professional certifications in digital advertising from Google and Microsoft and keeps up to date with the latest developments in the marketing industry, always looking for new ways to improve how we communicate with customers.
Outside of work, Scott is an avid walker, usually accompanied by his energetic Springer Spaniel, and a keen reader.
