They're protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of this site without the written permission of The Money Service. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

We try to ensure the accuracy of all the content present on the site. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. The content presented on the site does not constitute formal financial advice or a formal recommendation. It should only be used for information purposes and you should not rely on it to make (or refrain from making) any decision or take (or refrain from taking) any action.The site is for your personal use and is not to be used for any commercial purpose. The Money Service will not be responsible in any circumstances for your loss of profits. The Money Service will also not be responsible for any loss including wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data unless the loss results from wrongdoing by The Money Service. The Money Service is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your inability to use this site. The Money Service cannot promise that the site will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. 4. About The Money Service
The Money Service provides a free service offering you information on important areas of consumer finance. Taking account of your needs and circumstances, and only with your consent, our service introduces you to leading financial services companies or advisers who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and/or the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
5. Data protection and privacy
Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Service fees
The Money Service operates as an introducer to various financial products, services and providers. Details of our service fees can be found in this section.
The Money Service aims to connect you to our selected annuity specialists at Retirement Line. Retirement line is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Number 726601). They operate as an insurance intermediary, specialising in Annuities, on a non-advised basis. Retirement Line’s service is provided free and without obligation. If you choose to proceed with an annuity, they will receive a commission payment from your chosen provider, which is taken into account when calculating your annuity rates. The Money Service will be paid by Retirement Line costs incurred when connecting you, this will have no impact on the rates you are offered.
Initial advice from our selected insolvency practitioners, Creditfix, is free and only if you proceed with a debt management solution may a fee be required. For an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) and a Trust Deed (Scotland only), the fees are deducted from the monthly payments you make to your creditors. In effect, your creditors agree to accept less money so that your fees can be paid out of the agreed affordable monthly repayments. Creditfix would pay an introducer fee of £600 to The Money Service for our services only if the IVA or Trust Deed is put in place. They may require a fee for setting up an alternative solution if an IVA isn't suitable for you. You will be made fully aware of any fee and the debt solution will not proceed until you agree to the fee, where applicable. No introducer fee will be paid to The Money Service for these other debt solutions.
The Money Service aims to introduce you to the advisers at Age Partnership Ltd, who will provide free initial advice on Equity Release. Age Partnership Ltd is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA registration number 425432) and has permission to provide advice on Equity Release. Only if you release equity will you be charged a fixed fee of £1895. The Money Service is paid an introductory fee amounting to a percentage of the advisers' typical fee, should you decide to release equity using Age Partnership. You will be made aware of all fees by Age Partnership Limited in the illustration they provide to you before you agree to release equity.
The Money Service may introduce you to Pensionlite Ltd. Pensionlite Ltd may arrange advice on various financial products including, but not limited to; Pension drawdown, Final Salary Pension Transfers, Wealth Management advice, Annuities and Retirement Options advice, Family Protection and Letters of Authority. Initial consultation provided is free and without obligation, you will be clearly informed beforehand where a fee is charged. Pensionlite may also advise and make a recommendation for Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Accident Sickness & Unemployment, Home Insurance and Private Medical Insurance; they do not charge a fee for this service but may receive a commission. The Money Service may be paid a commission from Pensionlite Ltd for connecting you. This commission will not affect the fee charged for advice or the management of your chosen products. Pensionlite is an appointed representative of Quilter Financial Services Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration number 05506637).
The Money Service may introduce you to Clear Planning Ltd to provide advice for Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Clear Planning Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (registration number 835461). Once an enquiry for Life Insurance or Critical Illness Insurance is placed online with The Money Service, your details will be shared with Clear Planning Ltd in accordance with our Privacy Policy, this is on the basis of consent and legitimate interest. Initial advice from Clear Planning Ltd is provided free and with no obligation. You will only be charged an advice fee if you choose to take out a policy. The Money Service will receive payment for introducing you to Clear Planning, this will be equal to 35% of all revenue generated by Clear Planning as a result of this introduction.
7. Changes to the terms
The Money Service may change the site or these terms at any time. If you use the site after The Money Service has changed the terms you will be bound by these new terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
